Menu Plan Monday
This week is going to be busy; so to start I came up with a menu.
I’m trying to eat out of my pantry instead of just buying a bunch of ready-made-meals, or ordering take-out; both of which I’ve done a lot of in the recent past.

Breakfast Oatmeal. I make 4 portions of stove-top breakfast oatmeal at a time, and store it in tupperware. The oatmeal, once cooked, is easy to spice (add cinnamon & nutmeg) and/or flavor (add diced fruit), and can be reheated using a microwave or by just adding hot water/hot milk.

Smoked meat sandwiches. We buy packets of smoked meat that have to be boiled to reheat them. One packet makes about 2 sandwiches. It takes 7 minutes to warm a packet — a very fast meal.
