Sunday Fresh lemon-pepper barbecued rainbow trout fillet with new potatoes and steamed vegetables from frozen.
Monday Southwestern steak, corn and black bean wraps.
Tuesday Lean No-Loaf Meatloaf and mixed romaine salad.
Wednesday Grilled steak & cheese sandwich on multi grain bread with homemade tomato and bell pepper soup.
Thursday Chicken breast dijon and steamed vegetables from frozen.
Friday Dinner out.
